If you would like to return an item which has been supplied incorrectly, damaged when received, or is faulty when received, you may notify us within seven (7) days of the receipt by completing the contact us form.
ATTACHE will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said item(s), be satisfied as to the alleged defect(s), we will replace the product(s). PLEASE NOTE – inspections can take up to 1 month to complete and replacements are strictly subject to stock availability.
