In-Store Self-pickup

Our in-store self-pickup option offers you the convenience of placing an order on www.attacheta.com and subsequently picking up your item(s) at our office.

Step 1
Place Your Order – Choose the “Self-Pickup” option during checkout.

Step 2
Receive Email Confirmation – Once your order is under the processed/processing status, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know that it is ready for pick up.

Step 3
Pick Up Order at Triple Access’ Office – Bring your identification and notification email to our office’s service desk.

*Self-pickup is subject to stock availability and valid only at Triple Access’ office selected by the customer when placing an order, during normal office operating hours and only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order Pickup notification email. Most orders are ready within 1-2 business days, however, please allow for extra processing time for items requiring assembly or for large orders.

Shipping Time and Requirement

Please note: ‘Business Days’ are Monday through Friday; ATTACHE does not process orders on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, nor do our carriers deliver on these days.

Domestic Shipping

• Order processing time can take 2-4 business days (subject to stock availability) before they are sent out for shipping.

Please note the following:
• All shipments will require a signature for delivery.
• Orders over 20 kilograms may only be sent via freight/transportation company.
• Payment must be processed before your order can be shipped.
• Prices on the website are not inclusive on shipping. Shipping cost will automatically be added during checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not support shipping to international locations.
