Return & Replace

Products and Services Provided by Triple Access Sdn Bhd (Co. Reg. No. 1219186-U) (hereafter referred to as “Triple Access”) and its brands. ATTACHE is a brand owned by Triple Access, and would be hereafter be referred to as “ATTACHE”.

By using https://attacheta.com hereafter be referred to as “website”, you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree with them, you are not authorized to use the website.

ATTACHE GUARANTEES THE AUTHENTICITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP OF ALL DISPLAYED MERCHANDISE. EACH ITEM IS INSURED AND DELIVERED WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF CARE AND ACCURACY. CUSTOMERS MAY ONLY RETURN MERCHANDISE THAT IS DEFECTIVE, VISIBLY DAMAGED, OR SHIPPED INCORRECTLY.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged/Non-Working Items

If an item is supplied incorrectly, damaged when received, or is faulty when received you may notify us within seven (7) days of the receipt by completing the contact us form.

ATTACHE will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said item(s), be satisfied as to the alleged defect(s), we will replace the product(s). PLEASE NOTE – inspections can take up to 1 month to complete and replacements are strictly subject to stock availability.

NO cash refund policy shall apply.

Return Policy is granted for one (1) time only for each item.

It is advisable to inspect the goods before signing for delivery. If you see any damage whatsoever on the packaging, you may refuse to sign and request for the delivery to be returned.

ATTACHE will not provide you with a replacement if you:

  • changed your mind,
  • found it cheaper somewhere else,
  • decided you did not like the purchase, OR
  • had no use for it.

In addition to that, your warranty will automatically become void if you:

  • misuse, damage, or neglect (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.) the product in any way that caused the problem,
  • plan to on-sell or re-supply the product as your own business
  • obtained our product from ANY source other than https://attacheta.com OR
  • damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

The original product will be returned to you if the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials’ quality or assembly process.

We will not honour your request for a replacement if we reasonably suspect any abuse or fraud related to our purchase or other policies and procedures.

PLEASE NOTE: Any special indent order is not Returnable (non-defective/damaged)

When getting your item ready to send back, please make sure that the item meets the following guidelines:
• The item is in its original box and original packaging and should not have been used.
• The product is securely packaged to avoid damage.
• The product is sent with all of its parts and manuals.

Large Item Return Policy

Due to the expense of shipping bulky items, large items are governed by a separate Return Policy. Be sure to carefully inspect all Heavy Item (freight) deliveries for damage before signing the delivery note as freight liner/transportation handling charges cannot be refunded.  If item(s) arrive damaged or defective, you must note this on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery to avoid paying actual freight charges. Please notify us of any delivery problems as soon as possible to expedite the return process. Please note that you will be responsible for the actual freight costs* in the following instances:

  • You miss your delivery appointment.
  • You refuse or return a non-damaged, non-defective item.

* Freight fees on large objects are varied, and please check with us beforehand.

The return process must be initiated within 7 days of order receipt. After 7 days, purchases made from ATTACHE are no longer covered by our Return Policy.

ATTACHE reserves the right to reject any returns or replacements without giving specific reasons.

Warranty

All Motorola Original Accessories sold on our website come with a 12-month limited warranty, while Mag One Accessories come with a 6-month warranty, from date of delivery.  If you would like to make a warranty claim within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service Desk who will assist you to lodge your claim form and guide you through the process.

It is important to connect with our Customer Service Desk before sending your accessories back to us.

Product warranty will be void if:

  •  The product is damaged physically.
  •  The product is repaired, maintained, modified, and disassembled.

Warranty limitation

  • Warranty of the product is limited to manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty of product does not cover other accessories such as Strap, Carrying Case, Waterproof Bag, and Chest Pack & Belt.
  • The warranty does not cover replacement of products.
  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by the act of God and/or force majeure acts.
